During the workshop, some students like to take notes, while others like to spend time in their quiet space reflecting on the lessons and experiences. This is an important time as it allows each person to process what is being learnt in their own way.
The special Reiki Workshop organized as part of California Reiki's anniversary celebrations included time to share personal experiences, as well as instruction on how to use Reiki to complement self–empowerment techniques and meditations, along with hands–on Reiki practice time.
Another key benefit of the Reiki workshops is that it provides a space to ask questions, which in turn helps to deepen everyone's learning and understanding.
