California Reiki Anniversary Workshop — Scanning with Reiki

Students performed Reiki on each other to help attain a deep cleanse after a special meditation.
The students took turns to practice scanning the energy of the body to help them recognize the blockages in the energy. The more they practice, the more they will feel confident in recognizing the right spots and the different sensations, for example heat, cold, and tingling; some students feel a heaviness or a pressure which is usually a stagnant energy that needs to flow in order to allow the body to naturally heal.
California Reiki organized a special Reiki Workshop as part of its anniversary celebrations. The workshop combined Reiki with a special meditation and the use of empowerment techniques to help manifest desires and create positive outcomes.
